My truck came with one of those plastic "skid plates" and the only skidding it ever did was when I yanked it off and gave it a good fling so it would skid across the driveway into the junk pile (it was cracked anyways).

Ive bought some stuff off of that seller before and everything was always brand new/mint but damn...200 bucks for something most everyone takes off anyways. No thanks.

i have one in (Edit Stainless Steel) aluminum - much stronger and you can polish it
