Dtc#42

Ive been running DM and I tweaked the timing after disconnecting the brown wire and then pulled the ECM fuses when done and mad a few passes.It showes on DM a code of #42.But it doesnt trigger the check engine light,whats up???It wasnt doing it before I adjusted the timing.Should I disconnect the Battery?Any suggestions would greatly help!! And where to check if it is a DTC #42???THANKS!!!!

I have #42 blazing on my demon truck. Same deal, will not trigger the check engine light. I guess running rich isnt that critical
