Dont know what connects here?

This might be a really dumb question and I might have it figured out by the time I get a response, but I can not figure out what connects to the little nipple that stick off the bottom of the TB? I put a pic here I just need to know what connects to it and where it goes. Thanks

The piece on the bottom right side of the TB.

those were coolant ports used on other applications.
nothing connects ot it on a SyTy.

It has a check valve that goes to it, but it connects to the charcol cannister on the drivers side.
