I just picked up a tranny and t case. I checked the cd for this number on the tranny to verify it's a real syty. 8676359 all the stores are closed and i'm itchen to find out if it's a true syty. At least the guy signed a document stating it was real. The number doesn't come up on gmpartsdirect or any other site i found either.

the number you listed is only 7 digits all gm part numbers are 8 digits thats most likely a supplier source code or a engineering reference number.

That is not true. Look up the part number for the Wastegate Solenoid it's only 7 digits and I ordered one last year and the part number was valid and proper.
