Man i never thought i would see the day when an AWD Sy would be that fast, but glad i got to see it, i bet you had sone ass pucker out of thehole when it side stepped on you.
Other than that nice and straight down the track and it sounded good the whole way.
Have you figured otu what happen on the run after the 9.03 run? It looked like you got a better hole shot but then it seemd something went south.
Again keep up the great work and you need to bring that to Houston so i can se it run in person.

not exactly sure? either the converter is out AGAIN or 1st gear. not sure. took it to our tranny man yesterday so we should know today or tomorrow.
believe it or not it wasnt that bad probably bc ive had i go left A LOT worse where it really scared me! crazy thing is my adrenaline was going so much i really dont remember correcting it when it went left.
on the launch wheel hopped really bad and hesitated to shift to 2nd gear. when it didnt engage immediately i let out. so we're not exactly sure? dang id love to come to Texas and run! maybe we can some day.

thats why we learnet on the chassie seminar NEVER to trust a driver they are often so pumped with adrenaline so theres "no problems drive" thats why your crew is the better eye to how did the truck go....
hope noting bad happend to your trans..

Mat in the pic of your truck with the slicks in the rear and the street tires in front, It looks like your truck is rear drive that way?!?! im guess you dont run it that way?, right? im guessing you run 15-20 percent of the power up front and about 85 percent out back am i right???? you must of changed the rear end and front end anyway running that fast sorry im kinda of a newb :n00b: nice ride by the way!!! :tup: :dunno:

i think matt and jim are running a built 8 1/2 like you have. i don't think it's a 12 bolt. they're still using the billet cover they had before that's why i think it's an 8 1/2. they used to have a pic on their board alongside their stock one if anyone cares to look at it. my stokes had a 12 bolt and i have a friend who built the 12 bolt for phillip and i also got one for the guys in europe with a tricked out front one. if anyone need a rear or front the fella i had build them is very good and pretty reasonable. let me know and i'll put you in touch with him. it's the same rear i have in my camaro so if anyone wants to know what it is i'll be glad to share info. it's about as unbreakable as a 12 bolt can be. but a custom 8 1/2 can be made strong to... just not the one that comes stock in the truck
