cyl head flow & maifold flow #'s exhst backpressure info

would some folks post their cylinderhead flow numbers, please?
both before and after porting if available, and which heads they are, valve sizes, info on vjob if avail.
i'll have mine up to get this thread started soon's i find the slip of paper i wrote it on.

has anyone flowed their intake and exhaust manifolds yet?
if so, PLEASE post the results.

ALSO! - has anyone checked and would you post any info on actual exhaust backpressure readings, and where they were taken, and under what conditions, and what u r using for an exhaust system in the tested vehicle, and which turbo you have.

i am just looking for comparative numbers on both these issues.
any subjective comments or dyno results regarding cyl heads porting would be great.
please don't quote what you "think" they do - real numbers only, please.
thanks everyone.

Yes and keep in mind, I had NO idea what I was doing for the porting.. I have a much better idea.. Make sure when you DO have them flowed that they are done on a reputable machine. My heads (well actually they are bolted to Jeff's truck) were flowed on a SUPERFLOW 600. Which is considered to be an "INDUSTRY STANDARD" similar to the Dynojet Dynos.

But, keep in mind, as with Dyno's, every machine is different even withing the same models and manufacturers.. So my Superflow 600 here (well at machine shop) may show different #'s than the Superflow 600 at your local shop.

There are other machines out there (even some in the syty community) that are showing some "generous" numbers compared to what the same heads flow on a Superflow 600 machine.
