I think Beanies Mufflerland on the East side of Columbus has mandrel bending capabilities. The NAPA wharehouse on 161 has mandrel bends available. There are a few shops that can add these into the pipe for you. I know of a few people who could fabricate the exhaust for you with mandrel bends but it would be pricey.
