NHSTE - I'm the only one!
I'm curious about the track setup on the CRL powerlite window. Since everybody seems to want one and only a few of lucky guys have them, has anyone looked into the possibility of doing it themselves? The parts are certainly out there ... I'm just curius how they routed the window, although I'm sure no one who has one has taken it apart :lol:

I have one the window is inset from a normal window and goes down ill post some pics when I get home, and yep Ive taken it apart, You do realize Im going to charge you to view the pics:roll:

I took a closer look at this window, and discovered that it is too wide to be for an S-10. <drat!>

How do I figure out what it fits? I did a couple google searches for "rear window dimension", but didn't find any specs for various pickups.

The frame is about 62.5 wide at the bottom and about 52.5 wide at the top. It is about 14.5 high in the middle, and about 13.5 high on the ends.

Any ideas? They stopped making the PowerLite in 92 [I think], so it's going to be for an older vehicle.

I'm bummed...

For some interested i saw on pimp my ride they did a black s-10 and just made their own window but it didnt show details. But its a start for someone in the CA area

To whomever created the CL ad, it's called Powr Lite (no "e"). He's smart enough to copy my pic and make a CL ad, but not sharp enough to see "Syclone." :rotf:
