crank no start

im getting spark and fuel but i realized im my injetors arent pulsing im gettin power to both sides of the injectors now i know 1 is suppose to switch to ground to pulse the injectors there tellin me its a comp problem but the comp is brand new with a stage 1 jet chip. Any ideas ??

Check to make sure the chip is seated properly. Or, try swapping back to the stock chip.

i know the chip is seated properly and i cant switch back to the stock chip cause it was damaged cant even try old ecm had to return it for core think i should pick up another chip and ecm???

IF the old chip was damaged you may have a problem... most chips I've seen are piggyback setups and require the stock MEMCal to run properly, which means you need the stock chip. I doubt the ECM is bad if the ignition is working, I would get ahold of a stock chip to put in there and see how that does.
