Crank Damper Installer Tool?

Where the hell can I rent one or find one cheap? I can only tap it on so far with a block of wood......The longest bolt I could find is still not long enough to start drawing it onto the crank. I can only find removers at Napa & Pep Boys.

you should be able to install it with the remover. i believe they do that as well.
