Friday night I got lined up next to a Trailbazer SS at a light. Gave him a few revs and he was looking like he wanted some so I did a lil brake boosting to get ready. Light turned green and I took off but he didnt race me :tdown: Anyone know what the out come would have been? My Ty is stock. Still have not raced anyone in the Ty. Everyone usually just gives me some dumb looks if I try to race them. Never had to work so hard to find a race in my old Cobra.

The AWD version is likely a hair quicker to 60, but still should not be a problem for a properly running Ty. I think you'd waste both RWD & AWD from a dig.

I have both and i hate to say the TBSS would have takin a stock ty.

The link in post#2 lists the TBSS as 14.2 at 98mph. I think a good running stock TY will take a stock TBSS no problem :2cents:

I'm pushing a stock ty and I've smoked a few TBSS. They look and sound real good. Drivers always looked shocked. Ran 1 guy 3 straight times until he decided he had enough.

Hard to say, its getting more common finding modded SS's. I beat a modded Ty at the track last month by a few tenths.

my dad and I both have the same gtechs. my moms tbss ran a 13.48 on his gtech. that was manualy shifting, shift at precisley 6600 and it bangs gear at 6800 or something like that. has to be dead on to nail the time though. my mostly stock to my knowledge ty (k&n, cat back) ran consistant 13.60's on my gtech. had small fuel cut or something between 2-3 upshift though.
