Combination of Issues Please Read

Well I had picked up this TY ive been trying to sort out all the things not working on it but im not thebest at tracking electrical issues down or maybe this could just be simple fixes.

First off is my wiper motor only works on high, when its placed on any other portion other then high on the wiper stalk it will stop and not do anything is this A. The wiper stalk or B. the wiper motor resistor im guessing it has this under the plastic cover on the front of the wiper motor? or C. some other crap?

Secondly my AC only works on HI when switched to any other speed it will turn off the blower motor and not blow I have installed brand new OEM ac blower switch and blower resistor, I see these trucks have a blower motor relay that's bolted to the plastic ac box could this be my issue? I have not changed the relay.

I also found that theres a Ground wire going to the AC compressor clutch that is not factory when I cut wire the Clutch will not work with switch on dash on or off, but when you reconnect the wire the clutch will then work on and off with the switch on the dash, I do know that the wire is a GROUND wire and not power, Whats the reason for this rig the switch on the dash isn't bad cuz its turning on and off the compressor clutch right now on a daily.

also the cruise control it doesn't work its all hooked up in the time of me owning the truck it hasn't worked has a new set of sportsmachines vac lines installed correctly, all electrical is pluged into CC unit and cable is intact. Could this be the wiper stalk giving me issues? or is this something else I really don't know were to go on this one.

A little help with these issues would be awesome.

The wiper issue will most likely be the board on the wiper motor, common problem, just replace it.

The AC issue will almost definitely be the blower motor resistor, so change that out, it is the little metal thing under the hood on the heater box.
As for the ground, pics would help, but I can't remember ever seeing a ground outside of the factory wiring, maybe there was a problem and this was someone's quick fix.

As for cruise, I would start with your brake pedal switch, make sure it is contacting properly.

on the AC I did install a new blower motor resistor both the old one and the new do the same thing, I just noticed that this system has a blower motor speed relay on the heater box as well, could it be that?

the ground that is added to the accompressor clutch circuit is not factory, it had to be someones quick fix the problem is what did they fix exactly.

as for the wiper motor I guess im stuck looking for one now lol.

Pull your HVAC panel and see if your switch is melted? I have seen that before too, and the other speeds were not contacting. I'm sure if you have a manual there will be ways to check for resistances at certain points to tell what is working and what isn't, I just don't have them in front of me.

If there seems to be a recurring ground issue, you may want to start with grounds everywhere, that could be part of your wiper issue too.
