Clacking in Gear

I get a constant clacking sound when I'm in reverse or any forward gear, and it's louder when the brake pedal is pressed and the truck is not moving. The clacking seems to disappear when I'm in park or neutral. Any ideas? Loose torque converter bolt, busted poly motor mount, loose rocker?

My 1st bet would be the TC bolts being loose. Although mine made most noise as the motor started/stopped and when I transitioned from park into drive, reverse, or back

Ive seen this same problem three other times in the last 12 years. Once on a fullsize pu that I did a complete ground off build on. Once on a roomates truck and some other random car. Obviously check the tc bolts first. Problem is, every time Ive had this problem the TC bolts where tight.
