Just checking in. I am still here , just kinda lurking. Been dealing with insurance co. Lord love them, and to think I work for one.
We haven't had hardly any rain here this year , and other week we finally got some. Well, wouldn't you know the roof leaked and bad. So I have been going around with Ins co. because they say reason was angle (pitch) of the poarch. Hello...was here when Dave bought the home, was here when they inspected prior to insuring and now it is a problem. Naturally cause they need to come out of pocket for it. However put me into a total funk cause Dave was here to handle this.
I finally made the drive home to NC other weekend, my moms twin brother died. I went to be with my mom, I however couldn't walk into a funeral home.
Hope you all will have a safe and happy holiday with your families. Enjoy every second with them...you really never know.
