long time no see. finally got off my lazy butt and got back to work on the truck. Tony from Charged Air Systems didnt send much info with my radiator that came with dual electric fans. So now I'm trying to figure out what to do with the pigtail hanging off the fans. I'm figured out their 2speed fans but I dont really wanna run them off a toggle. what kind of temperature sensor ,etc do i need? I'm assuming the extra speed is for when the a/c is running.
It's been like 2 years since I've had this stuff and Tony was no help when I got it so I doubt he'll be now. TIA

post some pics, lessee what ya have.

Nolan & the canadian folk could probably help as well, since that CAS POS is gonna give you a headache.

I think Tony went into the witness relocation program since i see too many people threatening his life due to bad customer service etc.

RAD

RAD

Yes, Tony stopped making that RAD pretty quick, because I must have been on the 2nd GP to get some of them. I guess he didn't deliver and we ended up going w Griffin. Griffin makes a great RAD, but it's added thickness makes 4 a real installation headache, especially w a bigger Turbo (63).

I have the cas radiator. Everything has to be braided line and you must grind down some of the bottom of the rad support to get it to fit. You also cannot use you lower fan shroud because it won't fit. I cut the connector off and am using another one.

ok, i dont need to know how to install the rad. mines already in. no factory rad support. tilt front end. I just want to know how to run the electric fans automatically, so i dont have to manually control them.
what kind of a/c relay do i need , where do i wire it in, etc. and same with a temp. sensor. I'll take a pic of the wires tomorrow when I pull it off. I think there was 5 of 'em. not sure though.
