I was wondering if anyone knew any info about when and where I could find carbon fiber cladding fenders tailgaits

As for cladding, there are not many sources other than personal people selling from damaged trucks, Rockford Racecraft selling OEM cladding, or Paul's Select selling fiberglass.

I personally was toying around with the idea of CF cladding, but part of the reason for the CF is keeping it bare. Keeping it bare means it must look good. For getting CF sheeting to lay down giving you a uniform look would be a difficult challenge with all the bends and contours of our cladding. I'm sure it's possible, but NOT very easy.

CF tailgates would be easier, especially for the Typhoons, but I'm not aware of anyone that makes one.

For fenders, I'm only aware of fiberglass myself, but again, anything is possible. I'm just not sure anyone has tackled it for SyTy's.

Thank you for replying the reason for my question about carbon fiber is; If u go 2 the home page of syty .org under tips/tricks it has an area for cladding that says cf parts coming soon but I was unable to open if u go to the site and find out how 2 please tell me thanx again

If you're trying to find CF cladding for weight purposes, hold out for the entire peices. I can't imagine they'd be very much lighter... If you just want the look, get ahold of cladding pieces, and have them wrapped. You're gonna pay a pretty penny either way.

Okay - I have great news i just talked to Paul he can doing carbon fiber clading

I am ready to start taking orders on Carbon Fiber Cladding. I can make it for both the Syclone and Typhoon. The Sonoma GT stuff is still in the works.

Just to give you an idea in cost. Figure 6000.00 for a complete body kit.

I am looking for carbon fibre fender or pickup box.

I don't think there will be much weight saving in the cladding other than looks.

I think it would look strange to have only the cab and doors still out of steel and the rest out of carbon fibre.

Does anyone know where to purchase the plastic cladding rivets. I am thinking of painting the cladding to match the truck.
