Can't find rear propshaft bolts

I've been to the GMC and Chevy place, and they can't find the right bolt for the rear of the propshaft where it bolts to transfer case. They had the fronts and the computer showed the rear bolt, but they can't or don't want to mess with it. Can I just fing a grade 8 bolt of the right size and use that? Anyone have four spares they want to part with? I had to destroy most of the bolts removing them because the original owner used a vice grip to tighten them before. What size are they as I can get grade 8 cap screws (allen) at work. Got the local shaft guy building me a custom shaft as mine is toast.
Thanks

The rear bolts are metric: M12 X 1.75 X 25MM grade 10.9 (metric fasteners have a different rating-10.9 is equivalent to grade 8 in S.A.E). Your best bet at scoring them will be through a local machine shop. I replaced my front and rear ones with hex flange bolts to get away from the stock torx bolts. Tighten them to 70Nm or 52 ft lbs. No problem, glad that I could help :D . BTW if you want to replace the front ones as well, the dimensions are M10 X 1.50 X 25 MM. Same torque as the rear bolts. Have a better one!
