I realize this may not be entirely accurate but for guesstimation purposes is there a formula or multiplier to use to convert flow numbers from 25" to 28" of water? My friend has a set fo vortecs that have had extensive porting done, mine have had little and I'm curious to compare our flow numbers and see if it's worth sending my heads off to the same place he had his done. When comparing our flow sheets I noticed that my heads were flowed at 25" and his were flowed at 28" so I don't have a good basis for comparison.

Guess that falls under the "be careful what you wish for" category. I found several formulas on the first link, but couldn't understand any of them.

Nope, this is what I meant, from the first link Myclone posted.

New CFM = SQR(New "wc/Old "wc) * Old CFM

Looks like my intake at .500 at 28" would be:
230 = SQR(28/25) * 217

That wasn't complicated at all, problem was I was dead tired last night and had allready had a few drinks :)

Thanks for the link Myclone.
