Cam info needed specs inside

Well since i'm in the middle of fixing my engine, i might as well upgrade the cam with the one i have laying around.

right now i have a 412. and my other truck has a 422. i like the 422 much better.
good thing?



can i use these on my vortecs without doing anything to the springs?

Ultimately it depends on the valve spring you currently have, but my guess is that if it was spec'd to fit .500 lift cam then it would still fit 0.513 lift cam
