Got to run a C6 Vette tonight. Me and the wife were out cruising around showing our new friend DJ (FRISKO on the board) around and where we do all the racing. Luckily, I got to get a good race in. The passenger who was the owner of the Vette seemed like he was drunk as hell because he wouldnt shut up about the great deal he got on it. At any rate, we catch a light and I give him a good 15 lb launch and left his ass in the dirt. And yes he was trying. I put about 5-6 cars on him and kept him there for a good while. At 70 when I shut it down he wasnt starting to pull yet. After that all he could talk about is what I had done. When I told him not much he just couldnt believe it.

Possibly but I wasnt really willing to go much farther with it. I have to get one to go with me to the back road where I have everythign measured out one of these days.

I woud keep it no more than a 1/4 mile if you are going to go that route. With a good driver, those car will move. They really come alive after 100, at least that is where my C5 usually starts passing cars that were around the same speed up until that point. I have similar mods to yours in my typhoon, I hope I can get it to run that quick someday when I have the time to work on it again.

Oh I agree. I wouldnt think of running one passed the 1/4. He may have been getting ready to stomp me but he still had about 6 cars to catch up. The spot Im talking about is a back industrial road that I measured the 1/4 for. From one electric box to another is exactly 1/4. Its pretty sweet. I try and get people to go there but you need a flagger and its usually not very convenient. But a good test of whos faster w/o a track.
