I was bolting everything back together and didnt even really put alot of force on the bolt and the damn thing just broke in half, I tried a easy out and couldnt get it, so im guessing I can take the mounting flange off and just buy a new one? I have the Gilbert shaft.

Ah, I see that you are still having "fun" with the typhoon

. Dunno on the price of the flange but I wouldn't give up so easy. Remove the flange with a 32MM socket (impact preferred) AFTER you mark the orientation of the pinion flange to the front axle pinion shaft. You will reference this later when you reinstall everything. If you have a torque wrench, you can side step this and just tighten the nut to 90-100 foot pounds. Getting the flange off the truck will make it MUCH easier to work on. If you still can't get it out, seek out a local machine shop or you can sent it to me... BTW, it would be a good idea to get a new seal for the front so that you don't get a leak in the future.

Well I took the flange off and I welded a nut on the other end of bolt sticking out the other side, there were just enough threads and I was able to get it out :D
