this has happened more like 3 times, which sucks, and several other times on different vehicles. I rather regret the gas and time than the purchase.
it was great that I still made it to the show. now I know a few people if I remember there names? I was thrown off by the hhr instead of a grey sy. I actually went to Ohio last year to buy a sy in close to you used to be haryde's or whoever.
NOW THE VERDICT!!!
there was some sort of controler drilled in behind the shifter. it was a turn knob. I asked the dealer over and over if they knew what it was. I couldn't figure it out and it didn't seem to make a difference about which possition it was in while drivng. according to them they said it was attached to the waist gate (boost controller?) I'm not a mechanic but I definately wrench on my own like most everyone here does. I couldn't spot anything out of place? I told them to send a driver up with the truck and make the swap.saleperson said he'd call back. never heard a thing so, I called him back end of the day. he said that one of the tech's took the truck for a test run and put the window down and it didn't go back up? now they want the truck for 2 more days and due to the cost to replace the window motor they won't even meet me halfway?
