Brakes are creeping when stopped (round 2)

Back in August 2001 I had a problem with the brakes.
My 92 Ty would stop just fine, but then start creeping
through the brakes at a light. I would have to press
the brake pedal further and further to keep it from moving.
Eventually got the ABS and brake warning lights.
ABS codes were 62 and 61 (reset switches).
I bled the brakes and cleared the codes, but still had
the creeping problem.

I replaced the MC with a new Napa mid-grade back in August.
That seemed to solve the brake creep.
Recently I had to panic stop (ABS kicked in)
and the brake creep problem came back.
Has anyone had problems with multiple bad MCs?

Someone had a similiar problem, went through several
MCs and found it was a speed sensor. How do I check
for that?

If it is the MC, I am assuming that it went bad as
some of the old brake fluid from the ABS got back
into the system after the last panic stop.
I don't have the tools to flush the ABS.

I'll probably replace the MC with a better grade one.
And get the ABS professionally flushed and bled.

Any ideas as to what it could be?
MC went bad again?
Speed sensor?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

Unplug the ABS underhood to see if that helps, are your rear brakes adjust correctly?
Is your idle speed too high?
