First off....I'm legally bound to say this....this kit is not designed for on-highway use. Use of this product is at your own risk. Caveat Utilitor.
Okay guys, we're ready to start supplying braided -4AN ABS Delete kits for the SyTy & 4WD S-Series. This is a simple bolt on affair with no flaring, tooling, or modifying necessary....simply remove the old ABS unit and lines, install the ABS Delete kit, and bleed the brake system. Here's what you'll get:
(1) - Front Hose
- Runs from the rear port on the proportioning valve to the front line tee.
(1) - Rear Hose
- Runs from the front port on the proportioning valve to the rear line union.
(1) - Wheel Hose
- Runs from the front line tee to the driver-side wheel hose.
(1) - Front Wheel Line Tee
- Replaces the union for the front line.
(4) - Front/Wheel Line Adapters
- Used to adapt the front line hose & wheel hose to the proportioning valve, wheel hose, and front line tee.
(1) - Rear Line Proportioning Valve Adapter
- Used to adapt the rear hose to the proportioning valve.
(1) - Rear Line Union Adapter
- Used to adapt the rear hose to the rear line union.
(1) - Instruction Booklet
- Tells you what to do.
Here's what the install will look like when done (*NOTE* - I used a longer rear hose on my install....the shipped unit will be shorter and will drape over the shock tower).
Users of my old ABS Delete kit will notice that the front wheel tee is now pointed upward instead of outward. This is necessary to allow the wheel hose to bend properly.
Now, the question(s) that I'm sure you all have are.....What's it cost?......and......When will I get it? Well, the initial run will need to be done as a group purchase due only to supply of hoses. Cost will remain the same once the initial run is over and kits or placed on an individual order basis. Minimum initial run order will be 10 kits.
Cost - $85 (shipped in the lower 48) - And that's cheap....I just priced the items through Summit and cost to reproduce WITHOUT shipping is over $95.
Payment can be made via PayPal or CC over the phone. If you have any questions, please PM me. I will ship the first kit to Matt Peacock for real world testing (this week), and once it's proven, I will begin accepting payment.
PS - I know that my truck is filthy and that my IC pump wire is cut in half.
