Brackets for C6/Z06 calipers

Hey all,

I have been looking for brackets and have tried a couple of vendors and have not gotten any responses. Anyone get these recently? Or know of a source that will actually return a message? (And yes I have done searches ;) )

CBR hasn't returned my pm's so didn't know if they are still around. I'll give kore3 a call.

there is a member on here that was making the CBR style brackets. You need to purchse the brakcets for the 13" setup. DIRECT bolt on to the c6 z06.

Well as soon as I find them I can make them for whomever would like some, I have access to a laser cutter. Just don't feel like reinventing an already proven bracket :(

You mean Acehag? i don't think he makes them anymore. i fit my c6 Zo6 brakes on his brackets with a spacer. but i have not seen him on here in a long while.

If anyone wants to contact acehaag (mike) let me know in a pm I can give you his contact stuff. I know he will still sell them. But he got a new job and does not have time like he use to, to go on the forums anymore.

Also yes he makes a nice laser cut/ powder coated bracket for this swap.

Do they have the spacers on them now? I was a guinea pig and didn't mind. Great guy to deal with too. Very nice.

Interested as well in some brackets for the C5 Z51 conversion....I have not been able to get a response from anyone on here that made them or may possibly still make them.

i got my front and rear calipers, pads, bolts and rotors for 900 off ebay used. good place to look.

Just talked to mike (acehaag) he was going to look into getting some cut and will let you guys know.

Can sombody that has front C5 brackets make a detailed drawing with measurments so Anybody, like me, can make my own. I'm not trying to steal anyones business or make a profit, I just want to put C5 brakes on my project.

No offense but if you can make your own do your own r&d. I am all for helping out, but thats a lot to ask imo.
If you want I can sell you the file that should only be used to make one set how does that sound?

And for those of you waiting for info on break brackets the cutter has been busy between work and holidays and we were going to find out around the first of the year.:tup:
