BOV Vacuum Line

So I just received a turbo-smart blow-off valve for my typhoon. What is the best vacuum line to tie into for it? Also, if you could provide any pictures that show the specific vacuum line or location that you tied into, it would be greatly appreciated.

I'm new to turbo's & its been about 10 years since I've last wrenched on any motor.

The BOV is already mounted to the intercooler pipe & I get where that goes. I'm just concerned about splicing into the correct vacuum line.

Unfortunately, describing/telling me which vacuum line wont really help me. I'm really going to need some pictures.

Thanks a lot for your help, I really appreciate it!

Re: BOV Vacuum Line

Do you have an aftermarket boost gauge run off vacuum? If so just put a Tee into that and call it a day....I have JGS BOV and that what I did and it works great.....:2cents:

if your just here for the pictures your on a long journey lol

seriously though how much easier can it be explained?. there is a vacuum port on the front and rear on the intake, you cannot mistaken it, back<--strike that---front maybe is the one u want to T off of or just off the brake booster cable with a fitting.

Don't T off the MAP and FP vacuum hose, those pressure signals are too important. I would use the brake booster line. You could use the vacuum port at the front of the intake that goes under the throttle body.
