i have a stock 92 phoon except exaust and yesterday i was getting on it and when i got it about wrapped out it cut out on me. the tach spiked and jumped from 4k to 1k and back. so i limped it home and checked all my vacuum line cause thats what it was acting like it was and 1 was disconnected so i fixed it but now my boost gauged stopped working and its still running like theres a vacuum leak but i cant find any disconnected. any help woud be appricated

Mine did the same thing. It is a vacuum leak. Are the the stock hoses?

Look in the Group Purchases section - SY0237 (Adam) makes a complete kit but not sure if he's still doing them - they come and go.
Alternatively if he's unable to help just order up some 1/8 silicon hose and cut to length.
