A Blk/Blk SGT in Avon, In, between Dan Jones Rd and Lowes Rd. I didn't get a chance to turn around and follow the guy since traffic was backed up on my side. I think the guy works for one of the small businesses across from Lowes, but I could be wrong. Anyone on here or do I need to flag him down next time and tell him about the site?
