Just curious,..did you have any problems with the driver side strut over the windshield fluid tank? I had a few complications with clearance. I made it work but was just wondering if you ran into the same problem? BTW: Love that front grill!

thanks!

i thought i was going to have a problem with the strut clearing the reservoir cap but it cleared it with no problems. i had spacers ready to put between the res and fender just incase i needed them.

Just a reminder to anybody that wants to place an order for the hood strut kit and has a fiberglass/CF hood - please send us a note in this regard because we use lower force struts for those applications. Price is the same as the normal kit.

Anyone have issues installing the blocks around the stock washer fluid reservoir and the coolant over flow reservoir? Plus the blocks angle down a bit when hood is up? I can't put my coolant cap back on with struts on. Was going to shim it out. Anyone have pics with stock reservoirs.

I actually ran into that same problem. Both sides, but more on the overflow than the washer fluid. I added spacers to the tank and it cleared. I also put a few screws (self tapers) through the top of the fender lip into the block to keep it from angling downward. It helped and it also made it more sturdy. I don't have a pic but I'll try and post one tomorrow.
