I don't believe so.
The locating diameter on a 400 is larger than a 4L80. Also these adapters are made to accommodate the longer input shafts from Speedinc, Mark Williams and RPM. But it does appear that the bolt pattern is the same.

BlaneSVT has dibs on the last one I have. With Fivetodrive doing another Mark Williams GP, I'm sure I'll be doing another run of these. The price will stay at $395 + shipping. I will start another list if there is an interest.
