Man I hope he was mistaken and sent the wrong package! but he does not answer my calls either. Does anyone know him?Or see him? Ask him what's up with the TC that he was suppose to send to me.....

So you haven't even talked to him about it yet? And you are already trashing him on the board. At least let the guy explain himself.

There is the possibility the TC was stolen in the mail.

Happened to one of our FAST members when ordering a tranny from a reputable vendor. The UPS lady showed up with a bigass box. Thinking there was a nice trans in it, the UPS lady then hoisted it above her head and carried it on it to the amazement of the FAST member. Either that was one strong UPS lady, or the box was empty. The box was empty. Trans was stolen during shipment.


When we hear both sides of the story, we'll go from there on what Admin needs to do.

Dude how would you feel if someone would send you an empty box?That you just sent him $250.00 and you get nothing? I called his home # and cell and he does not anwser my calls.

plus you can tell if a tc is in the box or not. Its def. not a mistake. I bet someone stole it from the box also. What you should do is complain to the company that delivered it first.

Box that was shipped in was 8x8 I don't think the Tc would fit in there

The label has his name on it.Here is the tracking number and it does look like it was shipped from NJ

did you PayPAL? You may be able to go after him that way. I'm sure sorry dude! Whenever you get over (financially) it, LMK...I still have a spare TC here (31 spline)

if you sent a MO, I think you're F_ed! I don't think you have any recourse. It's always a good idea to pay with CC or check (if accepted)...you could always dispute charges or cancel the check/stop payment. I dont think you can do that with the MO.
