Best ignition module?

Yet another IM thread

What is the best (most reliable) ICM? There are plenty of them at Rockauto, starting at $20 and up to $100 for BWD CBE25. GM's one is $50. Does anyone have some experience with different modules?
Maybe we can fix bad ones?

I just don't want to waste another $50. I'm quite used to it already, but still trying to save some money

Personal Experience:

1993 Blazer L35, 275K miles, original factory installed module
1991 DD pick-up L35 Transplant. Original factory installed module has 200K miles.
1993 Typhoon. 125K miles, original factory installed module.

That's 700,000 plus miles of reliable service from only three modules! 'Nuff said.

X3, For me the list would look like this

1988 S-10 340K miles 4.3 5speed. Motor never opened. Still running strong.
1991 Astro van 4.3 H/O 188K miles before we traded it in.
2001 Safari Van 4.3 230K miles this is my DD.

Hmm, I can take one off my old distributor, it still might be working.

I'm ordering some parts from rockauto and I'll buy icm too. There's two acdelco modules, which one is better and what's the difference between them?

They are identical except for the pictures
