I spoke with the owner of bed rugs today about getting some made, he is 99% willing to make them  but I have to order 100 of them and this is a one time only purchase basically when these 100 are3 made they will never be made again:tdown: Now how many of you are wanting one the price is 375.00 plus shipping, I want to have at least 50 commitments before i progress further into getting them made, because I dont have the space or the need for 100 bed rugs, if you are seriousally interested post here. Ill update as progress is made

Damn I would like one, but is it me, or is $375 + s/h really steep? Does someone have pictures of the quality and what it looks like installed?

X2...rhino only charges $400 for a spray in and they look awesome with a lifetime warranty.

While Rhino is a neat "add on", you would have a pretty hard time taking it out to return a truck to "stock" form. At least with a rug you can still use the box of a truck for hauling what ever in it, and the next buyer can see underneath it to look at the condition of the bed. It could always be taken out if you ever decided to sell the truck with out it.

Spray in bed liners add quite a bite of weight (I want to say up around 150-200#'s) and if you ever wanted to get rid of it, you might as well throw away the bed and buy another one. This is one of the major reason's Ed Hess's Syclone is so heavy due the spray in bed liner.

I really like my Bed Rug, they seem to be be good quality and were a little over $300 through retailers when they were available. $375 is probably around what list price was. If I didn't already have one, I would be in the market for one.

I think that's really close to what I paid ~6 years ago.

There were two Bedrug designs. The first design didn't have zippered side panels, the second one did. I'm in if it's the second design.

IIRC, the front panel was embossed with "BEDRUG." I wish it wasn't.

Yeah, almost $400 is a bit much to spend on carpet for the bed. I'm not saying its not worth it, but a litte more then I thought it would be.

Even more so if he told you he wants 100 orders prepaid before he does it. . You'd think he would drop the price some for getting 100 prepaid orders... :dunno:

Re: Bed Rugs yes real bed rugs!!!!

Ive always wanted one of these for my GT, but they have been out of production for the 1st gen trucks for awhile now. So id be down for atleast one, probably pick up two in case i get another truck one day.

I've got access to a Gerber cutter, if someone would do the measuring and find the specs on the material. These machines cut Kevlar all day long so they are pretty tough.

Don't want to take business from Bed-Rug but Dang over $35,000 for a single production run is pretty excessive unless they have some real old mfg. methods.
