Took my truck to a couple places to see why my trucks new diet included lots of fuel and the inner and outer portion of its front tires. So it was what I thought. Ball joints (upper and lower), Idler arm, and Inner Tie Rod(passenger side). Of course they want to charge me 1500 bucks to do that! Right!
So Home I go with the parts from Kragen. Get the top ball joint out and replace the bushings as well. Now comes the bottom. My hanes manual sucks. So is their an easier way to get the bottom one off without pulling the axle? I read that I need a 36mm for that nut as well. Just looking for a little "been their done that" advice. Thanks for your time.
