Bad Idle/Wont Run After Code 59 Changes

Wasn't sure if this should be in Engine Tech or Tuning.

I can start my truck up right now and it runs and idles fine. Take it for a drive, takes some logs, runs great. When i park in my driveway and shut it off then make some f29x changes, none of which are even close to idle, I start it back up and the idle is all over the place and will not stay running. It doesn't even really respond to pushing the throttle as it's stumbling. If I go in the house and wait for a half hour or so it will start up no problem. Temps seem to be ok and all. I cant imagine it would be from the changes in the table I made but that when it happens.

Some times the emulator is messed up or tuner pro is acting stupid. Have you shut the truck off, closed out tuner pro, then turn everything back on and then reload the bin. If that does not work I dont know what the deal is.

Sounds like it's not emulating on restart. Those running conditions are exactly what you'll see with a bad BIN, chip problem, etc.

Ive tried restarting the computer, closing and reopening TP, reloading the bin, unhooking the emulator and hooking it back in, etc. Still after a run, log and f29x change it still idles extremely bad and dies with a check engine light. But if I wait a half hour or hour and start it up its fine (which i will try here shortly). Coolant is 188 and MAT is 93 at the end of the run, currently without the truck running coolant is 165 with MAT at 140.
