ok phoons back together fresh motor, mccoy stage 4, headers and 3 inch, aftermarket regulator set at 43, timing set to 0 with wire unhooked, prety sure everything is hooked up right, has stock injectors in it for now just to get it running, they are new, ive tried the chip that comes with the stage 4, 178a i think? and the stock chip, it wont do anything but idle super rich, and refuses to rev. ideas?

Everywhere under the hood .check ground on pass side of block , and at battery . check to be sure every sensor plug is seated correctly and if all else fails , double check everything .
