At what RPM should i be seeing 15psi on the stock turbo??

Hard to say as every truck is different.. However here is my observations on MY truck.
I noticed that my truck the BOOST CURVE was all over the place compared to other peeps trucks. I assumed this was due to the higher mileage and worn spring on my Wastegate actuator. I added a throttle return spring at the '01 nats in Great Bend (thanks Daron for the suggestion
) I noticed quicker spool and somewhat MORE control and an overly more "FLATTER" boost curve line.
Also, on the way TO the '01 Nats my truck was running overly rich and I noticed also that when it runs rich its slower spool.. I noticed it heavily on the shifts.. I leaned it out some and believe it or not, it made some difference. I dont know exactly what the deal is on your specific truck and what your exact mods are, but you may want to consider the above two options for consideration.. Good luck.
