Ya, I Know.
I've had it over a year,,bought it from a guy who bought it from a guy,,,never got the correct story. Who ever did it did a good job. Just trying to look up some history.
Anyone recognize this truck?

I called or emailed on that truck probably just before you bought it. I seriously wanted it but couldn't scrape together the cash. The only info I know is the swap was done "by a GM tech" and it was a decent mileage motor that went into the truck. Don't know what truck the motor came out of or what the actual miles of the motor were. :dunno:

I gave him a great deal on the polished stock rims off of Crispy... Once Pheonix rises it deserves new shoes... I just wish we could get a good deal on some cameo cladding because it would make a perfect Land Speed Replica Truck...

That would be a cool way to go... The front bumper is what would kill though... If it was my truck I would do the LSR replica because of the history and the Sy power plant...

Cant wait to get my rims,,got this friday and monday off so i'm hoping to get alot done,,wheels,,drop it a bit,,put in my chip with that sweet prom pack aaron hooked me up with,,he's currently my project supplier!,,,they made ex-cab sogt's? I never knew!

They didn't make an exteded cab sogt but it would be cool... Just very expensive...

Me either,,,pretty sweet lookin! Hell i like that better thatn the lsr paint....if i did the lsr scheme,i wouldnt do it because it looks cool,,,,just for the history mostly.
