Mine is "Pepe - My lil Mule" from the movie Romancing the Stone - if you remember that little Bronco II that they drove thru the fields on a getaway.

Just an FYI - It was a Big Bronco, not a Bronco II - I had the exact same vehicle, wheels and all - I beat the krap out of that thing, never failed me...



My Ty's name - "Asset" when it runs good - and - "Liability" when it doesn't.
What do you expect from an accountant?

No name for mine but Jeff Scott's Ty is called the "SHELF". Because it just sits around in his garage and he piles stuff on top of it.

Since I'm too lazy to read through the last few pages, I'll write mine that I'm sure have already been said.

POS is what comes to mind first, although it has never broke down on me.
but most commonly I just call it a Sy.

And I don't think of any of my vehicles as male or females.

Even though mines not a Ty, just a transplanted Sy motor in a 4 door AWD Bravada. It started out as The Braphoon. My kids call it the short bus. (handicap) Thats kinda stuck. And really matches the user name. motoTARD

i used to call my syclone "a 14 year old with braces" cause it scrapes so much. but officially my sy is refered to as Vanessa.

when i got the ty, i told my gf i was gonna name it tyrone... and she said why tyrone???? and i said well cause the truck is black and starts with ty... her reply was "you're such a racist fvck! god!!!" my reply "not at all... i mean c'mon, how many white guys do you know named tyrone? ... ......... ................. well? ....................... ......................uhhh......... ok...... so i guess you're mad at me now?.............................. alright well, i'll understand if you want to sleep on the couch tonight." :lol: we're not together anymore hahahahahaha....

...and i still dont have a name for the typhoon yet. I'd say "Katrina" but that'd be kinda mean, and its a typhoon not a hurricane.

I just call my Sy, Norman or Stormin Norman (think Norman Bates). Otherwise, it is just the Sy or Syclone.
