anyone in tampa?

I'm thinking about getting a syclone as my next ride and to be honest I have never seen one up close except for pictures. I also don't know what to look for specifically on these when buying them used. If anyone in or near Tampa has a Syclone I could check out, please let me know. A little education on buying a used one would be a big help also. Thanks.

drive to lakeland and you can look all over mine...even crawl under it, cause its on jackstands and wont be leaving them for a long time :)

while your at it, I have a rare color typhoon I park next to it as well, and its for sale :)

When did you move to the other side of town Tyson?
That would explain the sightings i've heard about in that area.

I'm sorry. Yeah I moved about 3 months back, The only place I drive any more is 38th back and forth to work.....I don't know how many sighting there have been of a Sy w/out front left fender cladding :roll: I know I ALWAYS SPOOL IT UP and let the gate off at 38th and (?) beside Rainbow Muffler. half the people from Indiana don't know I'm in Fl...the ones who do are probably glad :rotf: heck I still have In. plates

Thanks for the replies guys. Tyson I sent you an email.

The wife pretty much okayed me to get one this summer, so now the search begins for a low mileage and reasonably priced syclone. I've got a lot of reading to do on here also.

I'm coming from a sportbike background and I got hit by a truck in October, totalling my 600RR. At that point I decided it was a good time to move on before anything worse happens, so here I am.

I'm in Riverview, If you want to come by this week you can see the inside of a syty engine. I also have a Ty if you want to check it out.. a friend with a Sy lives about 5 mins away if you want to see another one.

luke, where in tampa are u? im in tarpon springs. and for some reason im driving alot to tysons to do some tuning. or since tyson is without his, he misses his sy and wants to play with mine. we've also been trying to hit sunshine speed way alot on wens nights. me, tyson, and mike (so far)

hey ive got an r1 for sale. alot cheeper than a sy. :)

where in riverview are you located? i live in clearwater,but work in riverview. i spend a lot of time on 301 south of gibsonton. i am usually around the southfork ,panther trace and brussels bay areas monday to friday. i would like to meet some fellow syty owners . i am getting ready to pull mine off the road and leave it in the garage. i spent almost $2000.00 (complete tune up and replaced every sensor under the hood -at the dealer)for a high rpm miss and it is still there, and my transmission (i think) is ready to say goodby.
