anyone every tried this ?

saw this on craigslist and was wondering if anyone is running this type of set-up on thier truck ? wondering how much of a diffrence it would make and how much air temps would drop.

ive been wanting to try one for my mccoy intercooler. mccoy was selling a kit just like it. but necrowolf is right. it only takes about 4 to 5 percent co2 to put out a flame. so you couldnt get it anywhere near your air intake.
