anybody in CO . help with truck info

funny day for me today . going to the medical office to do a radom drug test for my employer and happened to run across a ty on a car trailer heading down the hwy. happened to get off at the exit i needed to get off at. so i followed him for a couple blocks . the guy gets out and bam he's an old buddy who restores and builds hotrods. anywho the truck is motor and transmission less but seems to be in good shape . white / gray 92 with a pitbull decal on the rear glass ,chrome stockers , and some other goodies . i get to b.s'n with him and he tells me he'll take trades or some cash . I offer up my basket case 70 chevelle and he agrees to do a deal with me. anybody know this truck ?

we'll after digging up some old stuff off some sites . i've got a feeling this is ryans old truck ? i guess i'll make it an small block awd combo project if the deal goes thru . i'll get some pics and info in a couple days

Sounds like it. It was recently parted out so it would only make sense. Wonder what he paid for it?

I hope someone gets this and puts it back on the road, but i heard the interior was busted up a little........I'm sure somebody can clean it back up!

yes it is truck 1517 . took delivery of it yesterday . does anybody know how to get ahold of the last owner ? i'd like to find out if he still has the old engine and trans. i think i'll try to go back to a semi-stock build with it.

I have the heads and lower intake and Fivetodrive has the rest. As far as I know he sold everything.

Man ohhh man! I can't believe the fall from grace my this Ty has taken.....from street racing every friday night and running low twelves & a few high elevens to having no motor/tranny........ahhhh urrrr and now a friggin roller!

Hopefully you can get her back in running condition.....I still have the window sticker and an extra door remote I found in my tool box if you ever get it runnin again!

I might have pictures of this Typhoon.... Ry, did you run it at Truck Fest in... crap... '04 maybe? maybe '03? I have a picture of a White/Grey with ZR-1's and a 12.2 on the back window... Then they/you got kicked out for running too fast. :lol:

Thems was da days...lol! I ran truck fest every year in that and even had my little brother run my bone stocker in 03 or 04.....can't remember!

Toss those pics up mang! :tup: I'm stuck until I get rid of my LX470, but once that pig is gone I'm going to buy yet another Syclone and piss my wife off completely...lol!

On a side note I just fired my 415 stroker up in my Zr1 last night.....can't wait to hit the streets again!

Yep...the good ol temperamental Lt5 from HELL...lol! :rotf: BME gas ported pistons/Oliver titanium rods/Bryant 4-1/8 stroke crank/heads flow338cfm@400 lift=perma grin. Istill need to toss the CF cowl hood back on, but all is well!

Exhaust back on, but still a little dusty from a year of sitting in my garage...it was worth it! :tup:

He needs all of the parts that I have... I have it all for this truck!!!

I am pretty sure you need all of this for that truck. Let me know if I am missing something...

Engine, vortec heads, upper, lower, throttle body, injectors, typhoon fuel rail, fuel pressure regulator, upper and lower intercooler, exhaust manifolds, stock or upgraded turbo, turbo coolant and oil lines, downpipe, cat, power steering pump and brackets, A/C compressor (lines,bracket,condensor) rebuilt tranny, rebuilt transfer case, driveshaft, propshaft, radiator, hoses, alternator, starter...

I just need the cheap shell and I wish I would have found it first... Anyone want to put a price on the parts needed???

A quickie add up on my part put it at around $5775 on the low end. Wanna sell???
