Any JL audio dealers?

Just checking to see if someone on the forum has a good hookup on (2) JL 13tw5? I really want them in my Sy but I can't spend $700+ on speakers right now. I am just afraid that I am going to be really disappointed with the Kicker CVT slim 12"s.

We've installed a couple and they perfom pretty darn well. You can pick them up from a few non-authorized online dealers (like sonicelectronix.com) for about 1/2 of retail.

I have a friend that owns a stereo shop. Believe it or not,there is not alot of profit margin on some of that stuff. JL is good stuff though. I will check with him and see what kind of price I can get on them for you. He is an avid believer in Toby and MTX though, just some food for thought

Need a 2ohm speaker. This is the amp I have for subs.

Texas.-- I sent him a text, and I am waiting for a response. He is about an hour from me, so if he has it for the price you want, he can just ship it directly to you. Memphis products are comparable in quality and sound, and much more affordable. I know he has Memphis stuff.

I probably should have said I need super slim subs with little air space requirement do to being installed behind the seats in a Sy. Most importantly I don't want to lose any clicks on my seat, cramped enough as it is.

yeah my buddy casey said he could get them for around 320 also, are you deadset on that size subwoofer? he said a 10 inch woofer in a downfire box would work great for that application, and put out plenty of clean deep bass.

:rotf: absolutely NO way a downfire 10" enclosure is gonna fit behind the seats of a Syclone.

Sure would! In one of those rare extended cab versions with the v8 and chrome options

its close, but they will fit. they will fit in a regualr cab s10 anyway. i have seen it!!!:rant: it could have been 8 inch subs though. he is the genius with that stuff. not me, I was just trying to help on advice from my friend. hell, im not a genius on anything....wait yeah i am...cold beer!!!!
