Now the ones I saw at Pepboys were covers already on a hose it looked like! I looked in side of it and it had ring clamps under the tips which tightened down on the radiator hose? This is a quote from the site "

Get the good looking flexible hose.

1 1/2 in. I.D. ends, 30 in. long, SSteel-flex radiator hose

SSteel-Flex "304" flexible radiator hose is made of stainless steel braided over rubber hose. It's unaffected by most coolants, anti-freezes, and additives. It will also resist temperatures in excess of 250 degrees.

Sold individually."

They have 16" to 30"!

Goto sumit's site; radiators and accessories, then spectra!

those hose covering "dress-up" kits look like trash. the braided section is far inferior to real braided hose.. it will bunch up and look like poo. Beyond that everyone can spot the fake stuff.. And it usually does end up dirty as hell and looking horrible.

This is just my experience from seeing them on cars at shows.. ug.
