SYTY SUPERSTORE
$2k for the assembly and complete install is a GREAT deal.
As for the 13sec comment. I have not witnessed another stokes truck run 13s, b/c honestly I dont think there are many that even run at all. My point was an exageration and basically, it doesnt matter what you have in the motor if you dont have the engine management and tune to go with it. I think now you understand this. However, with your truck being so close to Chicago, I would have dropped it off at Greens house instead.
As for the TT stuff. Alot of my customers have benefited from second hand parts that saved them TONS of money. Back in the day people payed $30k for complete motors. The TT conversion probably costs around $6k. Then the motor to go with it. Mine has gone 131mph on 15psi and a 1.86 60ft.
As for the AWD, I dont think anyone would purposely buy a syty to make it 2wd. However, many started with the AWD and became attached to that particular vehicle. When they realized how much power it soaks up and how many parts they were breaking, it only made sense to go RWD. Personally, all i care about it going fast. And I have yet to run into a street car yet, be it awd/fwd/4x4, etc that has been a challenge
