It's fully loaded. Well with limited options, most were. Hopefully somebody can get it dialed in.

Kinda looks like a rusty piece of poop. Also, if you start an ad off with "don't low ball me...etc." and sound like a douche it kind of make me think the sale is going to be a pain in the ass.

Id offer 2k for it, but I really don't feel like writing out a 3 page police report again. Yeah...that happened.

Nothing personal against you 3rdgentug.

So did you buy it to flip it? Or did you realize it was worse off than you thought and you want out of it?

No , Id planned to drive it as my everyday car.
The biggest problem with the truck was the previous owners obvious lack of upkeep on small things , and selling it to me as a perfect everything works truck.
Yes, the truck has some rust issues that aren't even that bad.
Its been below freezing here more on then off since I got the truck and this weekend was the first chance Id had to get the heat to work. Missed 2 days of work bc the windsheild wipers didnt work when I got it. Things like turn signals n wiper arm I have they need to be replaced and I do not have the time.
Also this truck gets less then half the mpg Im use to getting , driving close to 40 miles to n from work and it cost 4 gallons of premium adds up to not the best everyday driver.

Rather hear your experience first....cause I have a suspicion that there might have been an indirect (or direct?) mention of me in your transaction. Obviously, you aren't happy with the purchase which was my feeling from the beginning with the truck on whoever bought it. Don't blame ya man, sorry you had a shitty experience with your first Typhoon. Hopefully it doesn't sway you from owning another. PM me if ya want ;)

There was no mention of you ( to my knowledge ) about this truck when I bought it. But I have no Idea who you are either lol.

My biggest problem was he said time n time again , the only thing wrong with the truck was the rust/ clear coat issues.
And that obviously wasn't the case.
Right off the bat I noticed the turn signals didnt work , the 2nd week I had it one of the couplers was bad and It took me over a week to figure that out and be able to drive the truck. Had to arrange rides to n from work everyday and picking my kid up from school ( I m a single parent )
Then cam Christmas time and everything was going ok til the wipers quit working.
I had to replace the upper radiator hose after that because of a leak. I had to remove 4 locking lug nuts that had no key for them.
The hood had come up on the truck before so I had to repair that and replace the wiper cowl.
The turbo oil drain leaked like it wasnt even connected it was so bad
As soon as I had a problem with the truck of course Phillip never answered: phone calls, emails , pm here and on facebook.
The truck didnt come with the tuning software either.

This is too much for me to deal with on a vehicle thats my everyday car, if it was my 2nd vehicle or one of my play toys Id be more then happy to put it on jack stands in my shop and get to it later. But thats just not an option.
EDIT: also had to fix the cruise control it was inop, and the throttle cable as well. It was only opening the throttle body about 80%

Forgot to add the problems with the boost control now, it comes a little loose now n then and has to be adjusted, but its supper sensative and like 1/100 of a turn make 180* difference in the way it runs.

Do you want to ditch your '67 Camaro project? That would be a good project for me.

Yeah man, again....sorry you've had a shitty experience. If you can roll into another one again in the future, they are really good trucks and can be daily driven. One of my previous Ty's was a DD and had 0 problems. It was a great truck....kick myself today for selling it. Just remember the golden rule that applies heavily to these trucks...you get what you pay for.

I know what you mean , I saw his 100+ pics and talked to him over a period of 2 weeks.

If he had been an honest seller I wouldnt have bought it ( hence why he probably wasn't )
But atleast I can be honest to anyone looking for one of these.

I wont hide a detail and will tell anyone what they are getting. My karma and conscience wont be affected.
The truck needs someone with the time to fix all the little stuff ( rust and clear coat aside )
that has a basic knowledge of turbo systems and these trucks in general.
