i think smaug paid $20/letter and they were 1/2" alum...which seems to be a tad thick for grill letters imo. I'd personally do 1/4" and can prolly do about $40shipped per set. I don't have any in hand...but i can post a pic of the CAD drawing

ok heres my 10 min CAD....i'd have to clean it up and measure everything to make sure its all parallel and symmetrical and shit...but you get the idea.

he should do some P.O.S. emblems too, so you can change the emblems if the truck prefers to be in no-running condition.
