adjusting actuator

Hey guys.i picked up a typhoon a while back,I really haven't had much time at all to work on it,my body shop has been swamped.it has some nice mods, bigger turbo and inj,msd box, vortex heads, built trans, etc.i checked the distributor, and wires and plugs..it runs but is very fat and as if it is taking out alot of timing but only makes 10 psi(feels like 3 psi due to the extra fuel and timing)I made sure all the vacuum lines are good and replaced the vacuum boost regulater..but noticed the actuator nut is loose..I was going to put a set of new plugs in it tomorrow if I got time and was hoping for some advice on what plugs and gap and how to adjust the actuator.

Re: adjusting actuator

I adjusted the actuator..it made a difference for sure..it was only making 10 osi.itnis now making 15..still feels to me as though it is very fat and that alot of timing is being taken out..I haven't had a chance to change the plugs as of yet..but I would love to get one of you guys to get your hands on it for some tuning after the first of the year.i would think 22-25 psi shouldn't be an issue.
