Well, since I pulled this off eBay I have done numerous things to it so I figured I would show 'n tell here :D

When I got it it was running pretty rich and had a preignition knock. The DFI was mapped completely out of whack and needed adjusted.

- Dialed in Accel gen6
- adjusted wastegate
- complete tuneup
- replaced K&N
- replaced fuel filter
- replaced fluids in f/r diff, t-case
- replaced battery with Optima redtop
- replaced cracked rotors with cross drilled/slotted, and pads
- replaced heater core
- replaced thermostat w/ 180
- replaced coolant sensor
- replaced vacuum lines
- matching "typhoon" floormats to go with dash
- cleaned out under hood (re: horn post)
- new 60-1/td06 Garrett Mitsu Hybrid turbo THANKS MR. WALLER!
- new turbo hoses
- new Belltech 3" drop leaf springs
- new KYB monomax drop shocks
- removed air shock compressor
- lowered torsion bars
- 4 wheel alignment
- cut front axles 3/4"
- new 18" white ZR1 wheels (caps on now, yay!)
- new Falken GR beta 451 275/35 tires

lastly... next week the HKS SSQV will be installed on the intake pipe, then the tint is getting redone, then I'm done (for now)

Any recommendations on what could be done next? I know I want to do the disc upgrade all around eventually and maybe install FAST, but thats in the distant future.

I thought accel7 = fast?

accel 6 is dos based and I thought it didnt support wideband?

FAST is supposed to be used in win and supports wideband?

am I wrong? I am just picking up things I read here and there I haven't looked into it much.

at the time the gen 6 was developed a "person" worked there he left went to fast and developed their box he now has his own company and his ecu is a extremely close copy of the fast box. The gen 7 shares nothing with any of the other boxes on the market.

Looks nice, glad to see you got it running correctly, when everyone thought it wasn't worth it.

I would maybe recomend an ATR exhaust and performance cat (exhaust looks stock) go three inch....

Other than that, I would work on polishing as much as I could in the engine bay....

thanks for explaining it a little, I have done next to no research into the DFI so I have a lot to learn about it

the downpipe is stock I believe, but it is catless running to a new muffler (not sure what kind or how to tell), but after that it is 3" exhaust so I guess you could say it has 3" "muffler-back" exhaust, you can see the large tailpipe in the second pic

also, you aren't the only one who has said I should polish the engine compartment. It's is very clean, just not very "shiny" yet

The more I see white white Ty's with white wheels, the more I start to like them. The spolier isn't overkill either. Definately a nice truck.

Looks like my Old Typhoon got the perfect owner I wanted her to have. Thanks for taking such good care of her and not making her a statistic. I did alot of work to get it to even run, looks like you are done making her the way she should be.
