Anyone know of or have any info on this truck for sale in Winnipeg?

A guy local to me has been looking for a Ty for a while and found this one relatively close to Regina, just wondering if anyone on here has any more info or history on the truck before he makes a trip out there to see it.. sounds like its all there just needs some work!
The Ad says its 93 Ty #40 btw
